He was excellent, he attended the garage first thing the following morning and spent a significant amount of time going over it with a fine tooth comb! His report was thorough and detailed. Neil Martin5 StarI’ve used A Dixon Autos twice now in the last couple of years. Both times I was fitted in next day as I had a “starting prevented” countdown on. They came to my place of work both times and sorted the problem while I was out the depot. 100% reliable and provided me with a detailed description of what was done and what the problem was ( although a lot of the technical information went over my head :-) ) Would highly recommend and would use again.Wednesday 30th March 2022
Andy Ryden5 StarLast SaturdayTony took the trouble to enquire if I was okay when he saw my car outside my house with the bonnet up. Within twenty minutes he had diagnosed the fault (new battery required), fitted a temporary battery and got me back running. As promised, two days later he contacted me, confirmed he had obtained the correct battery and thirty minutes later fitted it. Following fitting he conducted two full diagnostic scans to confirm all was functioning correctly.
Do not hesitate in using A Dixon Autos. Great service, fully qualified, reasonably priced and a right Nic fella.
