Arranged to take my car in the following morning at 9.05 am. Waited till 10 am. Premises all locked up! No answer to telephone calls.

I had a fault with my Air Conditioning in my car and thought it just needed re-gassing/topping up. Receptionist was very helpful and booked an appointment. Mechanic stated that there was a small leak so he had to fix the leak and then re-gas. Charged me £90 total to fix the leak and re-gas, which I did not mind paying. 2 Days later, Air Con is empty again. The reason for my 1 star is due to the fact that after i had paid when i tried to get back into touch with the garage, they kept ignoring me. Here are a list of excuses they used. - Adam is on a recovery run, call back later. - The mechanic is not working today - The Air Con machine is broken. Over the period of several months I tried to called on numerous occasions only to be ignored. My review refers to the work they did on my Air Con a while back. I cannot comment on their other mechanical knowledge or services. I do not think its right to ignore customers whose work you have not completed to a sufficient standard. I will not be returning back and only left this review after several attempts to try to rectify the situation. *Edit - After Response from Owner* Hi It was definitely this garage and company. Having lived in Keighley for 30 years, I drive past this garage every day and would not leave such a detailed review if I was not 100% sure. I am not here to purposely cause harm but just leaving an honest review of my interactions with your garage.

I had my vehicle booked at 8.30 in the morning for an electrical fault. I waited outside for till 9.10 and know one turned in to open. I called the mobile number for the garage twice. I left a message but no one ever returned my call. With all the 5 star reviews I'm surprised that there aren't more 1 stars.
