Pauline Hudson5 StarI was recommended this garage by a friend having been passed pillar to post from the Audi main dealer to garage to garage with no success. My 2018 Audi SQ5 had a number of issues around the engine, battery and gearbox. Autostyle were able to quickly diagnose and rectify the electrical wiring fault which was causing the engine to go into limp mode. They also figured out the imbalance in the battery outputs which was causing issues with the battery regulator. My DSG gearbox was also replaced. Sadly my car was out of warranty but they sourced me a gearbox for a reasonable price. They updated the mapping on the ECU to a 2021 version and now the car is better than when I bought it from new. Overall I am very happy with the mechanics at autostyle. They performed a difficult task with ease and they certainly have a wealth of knowledge with vehicle electronics. They kept me updated throughout the time my vehicle was in their workshop and I'm grateful for the software update. Abdus Saleem1 StarAbsolutely pathetic service. Complete rip off and the owner decides to swear at you when you challenge him by asking any questions. Avoid like the plague. The old good reviews are from when this owner did not own the place. Did not even fix the problem his self and he claims to be an electrician. Rather he sent the car to someone else for it to be fixed and charged me a fortune for doing absolutely nothing. Would not even provide me with a diagnostics report which he charged me over £50 for and would not even tell me what he had exactly fixed. Avoid avoid avoid.
