The boss was very rude no respect what so ever dosent know how to speak to customers talk about customer service.i needed was a new fuse which cost 10p auto tech was asking for £30 which was ridiculous. He said it's labour charge all he has to do was to take one fuse out and put another one in and man was asking for £30 😂😂 propper joker. Started shouting at me when I asked if you can do it any cheaper I said it's 10p for a fuse manager went on one i just walked out the door never coming back to that place, found the blown fuse meself and fixed it for 10p wouldn't recommend this guy.

Iv worked in the trade for 5 years and autotechz has never let me down. Always helpful and never lets me down. Must use for anyone with engine lights who need diagnostic or mechanical issues fixed
