I encountered a problem with the Professional radio on my 2008 3 Series E90, display had disappeared, no sound and lost all warning gongs and parking distance control. I rang Monday morning 22 Nov and explained the problem, Gareth said I could bring it in after 2pm the same day, after inspection and test explained that the radio had failed completely and he would try and source a good used replacement radio. He rang me the next afternoon to say they had found a replacement and at a great price and by Thursday afternoon the team had fitted and coded it to my car, it looks immaculate and works better over the original in terms of sound quality, display quality and parking control beeps and all warning gongs restored and improved too. Hats off to Gareth and the team, many thanks again, total professional and knowledgeable technicians, really helpful, great value and prompt service. Highly recommended company unequivocally for all BMW/Mini owners.

It will probably sound like I work for these guys with this review, but I genuinely found their services brilliant. I took my X1 in just before Xmas with a fault, they repaired the car the same day and although the job became more difficult than first thought, they stood by the price quoted. I quickly trusted the guys because of this, which resulted in me taking our Mini that we've just bought to them for a check up. Again they checked it, found a belt that needed replacing and had it repaired in hours. Their prices are half that of their competitors and they are just honest decent blokes who know their stuff and you know just wouldn't have you over. I can't say enough about BmMotorworks after just a couple of visits. Thanks lads. Glyn.
