Jac Pen5 StarI didnt have any work carried out but needed my alternator checked urgently. They squeezed me in at short notice to see what the problem was which no other company would do. As it happened the battery warning light I had yesterday did not show today. They could have advised to get it repaired anyway for the business but didn't. Good customer service and professional.Tuesday 15th September 2020

Simon Monk1 StarThey seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I took my VW to them to fix the steering wheel buttons that weren't working, I didn't realise they had only half-fixed the problem until after I had paid them £480 and got home. After explaining the problem on the phone, they said that they had noticed that not everything was right, but didn't have the same diagnostic computers as VW to finish the job. They said they couldn't do anything further and I should take the car to VW. As far as they were concerned they had swapped out the faulty part and there was nothing else they could do.Tuesday 8th January 2019
