One star because I can't leave lower, Ordered 8 lights in December, 1 didn't work, sent email as suggested on phone, no reply. Called to chase was told to send back at cost for replacement and postage will be refunded, did that heard nothing, called again, told i would be refunded and light dispatched, got home after a week away and nothing. Called yet again told it would be sent out home again 2 weeks later and still nothing, and are now not answering the phone, so now I'm £60 down without even a faulty light to show for the trouble, my customer still has no light up and im the one who looks incompetent, Don't bother with these, save yourself the hassle and use a proper wholesaler

I ordered alarms and was told 14 days for delivery. I was then contacted and told March but I could cancel and money would be refunded within 48 hours. I did cancel and have yet to receive anything! They don't answer emails, they don't answer their sales phone. I called their head office and was told a director would be in touch. Nothing! This is an un-trustworthy company who have taken nearly £200 off me and effectively stolen it. DO NOT TRUST!

Ordered 90 heat and smokes ( the Scottish ones ) Got them within 14 days which is incredible really since nobody has them. Will use again thanks.

absolute joke of a company, they answer calls but pass you from pillar to post. has been way over 14 days waiting on smoke alarms and now they wont issue a refund. will have to iniate a chargeback with my bank! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
