Jake @ Fleming Electrical has completed three full property electrical installations for me over the last 7 years all meeting the current building regulations, certified on completion and signed off by local building control. His work is always carried out to the highest standard possible with nothing ever being a problem to overcome. On the most recent project Jake has installed everything from a complete wiring installation to switches, sockets, lighting, recessed LED lighting, outdoor lighting, full colourvu night vision CCTV and hard drive, heatmiser UFH system linked to room stats and the heatmiser app, data points, hard wired wifi, wifi boosters, in built ceiling speakers with wall control panels, heat and smoke alarms and much more. He’s finished everything off with an impressive data rack to keep all cables, boxes and storage units neat and tidy. I've had the pleasure of using the services of Fleming Electrical NW Ltd since 2017, when we had a consumer unit ("fusebox") replaced and outside / external wiring installed for a large garden cabin. Since then, I (and other family members) have used Fleming Electrical NW Ltd on several occasions for new socket installations and for external security lighting installation, Most recently (Nov 2022) we have had an inspection & installation certificate for an existing induction hob (due to its power requirement this had to be hard-wired), and subsequent replacement of the induction hob. Fleming Electrical NW Ltd are polite, professional, punctual and they price competitively for their work. I have no affiliation with or relation to members of this company, and so I can recommend their services without any bias other than having benefitted from their expertise and skill.
