Gavin was really nice. Arrived promptly on time and came in with his mate carrying everything he would need including his own stepladders. He installed the new strip light he had supplied in a very few minutes. It was brilliant. Just what I needed and to the brightness I had had previously. I was very satisfied. There was no mess left and within a half hour all was done and he was leaving. I had struggled all over the Christmas period with no light in my kitchen. The difference after Gavin's visit was amazing. I'm so pleased to have found him. I hope he will be free for other work in the future.

Gavin was quick, effective, reasonable and professional. Highly recommended! I had some smart metres fitted and the engineers informed me that the sockets in my kitchen had the live and neutral connections reversed. I phoned a few placed before finding this number and was won over when he was able to explain his availability and price within the call. My experience with the other numbers I found on google involved speaking to someone in a call centre who was only able to advise the call out charge and roughly how soon they could get someone out - feeling like I could be either scammed our over charged. I was very reassured that I could trust him after the call and will use him again for any further electric work I require in the future.

Gavin and his team were approachable, professional and polite at all times. On the day of the job, they arrived on time. He explained and discussed any matters arising before proceeding further. Thereafter, the job was completed quickly and the site left clean and tidy. The job reports were completed in a timely manner and the invoice presented within a few days. Since the work was completed, I have contacted Gavin for advice generally and each time he has been accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely use his company’s services again.
