michael parkinson2 StarI recently took my car in for an MOT and full service. First, the payment was taken from my account twice. The day I took my car in, I was advised it would be ready for 3pm. By 4.30 I hadn't heard anything so i contacted the garage. I was asked to collect at 17.30.
Lastly, everytime I have my car serviced (elsewhere), it's usually given a quick hoover and washed on the outside. Not at Halfords. I won't be using them again.Tuesday 15th March 2022
Darren Neill2 StarHaving booked my appointment for 11:30 for wheel alignment, my car eventually got seen at 2:45pm. The wheel alignment was done, and in a haste to get home I left. In the last day, there is no difference at all to the car. Not happy at all with the speed or quality of the service here.Tuesday 26th April 2022
