K P5 StarI have recently visited Halfords on Talbot Road, twice in the past few months as I had issues with my fuel injectors. The staff were extremely helpful and the young mechanic Rhys recognised my car was back in and reassured me that unfortunately injectors usually fail one after another and that it could be repaired quite quickly. The job was done within the hour and I have had no issues since. Brilliant service, will definitely be back!Monday 6th June 2022
philippa davies5 StarExcellent communication,MOT performed on car, failed but was explained what needed doing but no pressure to have the jobs done there, let me ring back later to confirm work to be gone and given price. They kept my car over the weekend explaining work to be done Monday afternoon, but rang on Monday morning to say another job had been cancelled so slotted my car in and commenced the work. Great service and nice guys too👍Tuesday 15th March 2022
Inspired Fitness1 StarHad a full service, ended up having ball joint done which needed doing soon from the mot 3 weeks prior so I had it done. They Said loads more was wrong with car and needed doing £900 of work and tried to get me to do finance the car had its MOT 3 weeks prior with another garage and non of the things they said came up on it apart from ball joint. I decided not to go ahead with the extra work and took it to another garage who said non of these things had issues or needed doing right now. I won't trust Halfords again awful service. Also the ball joint was apparently hanging off but took them all day to get it off and had to angle grind it off. Disappointed with the overall experience i wouldn't recommend or will I use them or there shops againFriday 8th April 2022
