Ben Cadwallader1 StarBooked in for winter car check. Not entirely convinced they did anything at all (no recommendation, no communication as to the status of the check). Was meant to take 20 minutes and took over 7 hours. The only question I asked was about an oil service light and rather than doing anything about it, they lied and said they’d cleared it all with my partner - a conversation I found later to be entirely fictitious. 10/10 for imagination. 0/10 for the actual service they were supposed to provide.Friday 5th November 2021
