Chloe Adey5 StarThe guys here are so kind and helpful. They have done my MOT and service and I've taken my car in for other bits and bobs. They are always so friendly (which is nice because as a woman sometimes it's nerve-wracking to go into garages). The service is always fast and you are given regular updates too. The team are really knowledgable and they take the time to explain what is wrong. The prices are completely reasonable. Amanda Latimer5 StarI have just taken my car here for the MOT. A few weeks prior they changed my front tyres and did an alignment. So easy to book with them then they send plenty of info along with your booking confirmation. If you should need to call them I've found them really easy to reach my phone and my query answered without feeling like I'm pestering them. The chaps in there are really friendly and helpful. As a female it can often feel quite uncomfortable going into a car garage. But doesn't feel like that here at all. Friendly, reliable service and also reasonably priced.

Noel Barrens5 StarBooked Halfords for our cars first major service from new. Dealer quote for service and MOT was too expensive. Saved £180 at Halfords for both. Customer service agent Ian at Green Lane Stockport was helpful, polite and efficient. Got a call after a couple of hours with an update and car was ready in 4 hours. No issues and very happy! We also had 2 new back tyres fitted day before from Halfords at home - door to door service and very reasonably priced! Thank you Halfords and will definitely use again.Thursday 12th August 2021
