Chris Hooley attended on time the following day after I rung him. He did an excellent job on my oven extractor. Someone came to see it before Chris and said it could not be repaired. Chris took the electronic circuit board with him and said he would repair it if he coudn't find a replacement. He repaired it and replaced it the day after. Chris was very professional with a friendly manner. The job was very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and would definitely use him again.

Fantastic professional service. Had an issue with our Hotpoint washing machine and Chris came out at his first availability. He diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes and unfortunately it will have to be recalled. Genuinely impressed and obviously a knowledgeable chap and provided straightforward honest advice. Would not hesitate to contact him again for any problems.

My oven broke and I was looking for some advice. I received a free quote. Agreed to go ahead with the work as it was far cheaper than other quotes I had received. Unfortunately there was further complications to the oven' so I was advised to get a an entirely new one instead of having work pushed on me. I was even shown how to fit the new one myself when it arrives to further save money. The service was 10/10 and I felt that HES definately had my best interests in mind. Very Honest and professional. Would recommend

We asked Hooley Electrical Services to see if they could fix our dishwasher. Chris came the next morning and within 30mins had diagnosed and fixed our problem. A friendly, professional service.
