I paid for a gas cert and boiler service. I have not been able to get in touch for some time now. I have tried 2 phone numbers, their business watsapp, email and voicemail. I have asked my bank to retrieve the money.

Very unprofessional and incompetent company. Doesn't answer calls or emails. Sent me an incorrect electrical safety report after a lot of chasing for a week so asked for a refund. Been a month now, no response to my refund email. Have reported to the trading standards and citizen advice bureau who are reviewing my complaint. Got another company to do the test and a satisfactory report was delivered within 2 days and I was able to complete the sale of my house in time. Wouldn't recommend this company and highly doubt the 5 star reviews are genuine.

I had an electrical condition report done with this company. I booked a slot on their online booking service and they turned up 3 days early (with 20 minutes warning) whilst other workmen were due at the property which was a bit stressful to deal with. There were some delays with getting the report due to circumstances outside of anyone’s control and communication wasn’t very good during this period but the report itself is well put together and comprehensive.

I paid for an electrical safety certificate for my property 5 days ago and never recieved the certificate. Not been answering my calls, texts and emails. The engineer who carried out the test is Daniel Allport. Would avoid this company at all costs.

Well if you cannot find my records here is the invoice number 201803J dated 6 March 2021. Several of my emails have been unanswered. Yesterday I called you and you said you'll send the report by 4pm. Still no email. Your service has been diabolical. Quick to send the invoice but no time for report.
