Suzanne Allen5 StarI can't recommend James enough. He goes out of his way to be helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Some time ago he came as promised to install a chandelier I had bought and mend the fused kitchen hob light and fan which hadn't worked since I moved in August, all at a very reasonable price.
A couple of days ago my lights all went out, nothing else. I searched everywhere for an updated fuse box which was obviously fitted when the apartment's electrics were upgraded. As promised James came round straight after work and after looking in all the obvious places without success, he worked out where it could by following where the boxed-in cables went from the lobby and found it hidden behind the storage units in one of the rooms downstairs. After all that he refused payment which in retrospect I should have ignored. He definitely deserves the term 'trusted trader'!Saturday 9th December 2017
