They came out to look initially. Booked a date to have the work carried out. I rang 5 mins before the appointment time to be told that they were not going to make today so would next week be ok. I agreed. They didn’t turn up and there was no contact and no answer to any phone calls. Eventually the day after, I got a call which I had to cut short due to being at work and then received text messages saying they could come at a specific time on a specific day. Buy this time we had arranged another provider who had been out promptly. Terrible customer service on this occasion.

Excellent I've used them twice always turn up on time friendly people fixed my boiler and explained everything went above and beyond to get my water hot againe.I've recommended them to family and freinds because finding a trustworthy not ripping you of company is hard.Look no further.Mathew was a credit to the company
