A pleasure to deal with Luke and his team, who did an EICR followed by nearly full rewire and home network installation. Clear competitive quote, excellent communication, explained the process in detail and completed the work quickly and efficiently, with less mess than expected. Great attention to detail and quickly resolved any snags. Would not hesitate to recommend. Luke will be our first port of call for any future electrical work.Thursday 21st March 2024
Nigel Sawford5 StarI needed a hot water radiator removing and replacing with an electric one with its own thermostat and timer. Most heating engineers wouldn't even quote for it or 'ghosted me'. Very rude. Norton's were great. They discussed my needs and ensured that they were supplying the correct product. Cheaper than I had budgeted for. Fast and tidy job. Quote sent, booked in and I was given a small window of when they'd attend and they turned up on time as well. Shoe covers brought and worn as well! Job carried out and work area left super tidy, even hoovered up when done.
