Absolutely appalling - avoid these people if you can! I took the day off work so they could fit some lighting in my flat, but they never showed up. The owner insists they came round but I wasn't in ... although I was in the flat all morning. When I asked Richard Malkin why no one had thought to ring me, it emerged he'd never bothered to write my number down. He was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, but seemed to think I might like to rebook with them next week! Not likely...
