Jack B5 StarWe lost power during the bad weather and floods. I called at 7.25am and they answered. I explained our situation and they arranged for someone to attend at 8am. The engineer arrived and was brilliant he got the problem sorted and even replaced a faulty relay board which had caused us problems.
