Zoe Simpson1 StarMy car needed a repair week commencing 10 Jan , I was told they were busy, they booked me in 17 Jan and I gave them an idea of the issue with the car in the hope of quick resolution today. I dropped my car off at 8am. I have not received a telephone call from them all day, thankfully I work a short distance away and due to the fact my phone calls to them also went unanswered I have walked around to check on their progress. The covid excuse has been given , short on staff. 330pm they said they had not touched the car , I left it with them and as again no call received and my calls went unanswered I walked around at 545pm. I’m not 100% sure they have even looked at the vehicle ( thankfully no charge) but told me it would likely need a new steering rack, so I said fine I’ll leave it with you but no they just don’t want the work, they won’t do it this week and they have 12 cars waiting. This may well be the case but pick the bloody phone up and communicate so I can make alternative arrangements. Very amateur , will not use again , Avoid!Monday 17th January 2022
