Booked someone to come around, at lunch time. Lunch time came and went and no one came. At 2pm I called and a lady answered, the lady said “he was Sick with what could be COVID” but rambled on about him being sick with a bad cold and him currently being at the doctors and “needing to go and get test kits!!” Instead of saying “sorry we didn’t let you know” she just said “yeah maybe try someone else”. Unprofessional. It seems like they just forgot and then stumbled around on words.
