Just had my ST in for Disks and pads all round and a rattle sorted on my track rod end. Blinding work and the car runs better than I ever remember. He didn’t try and rip me off with overly expensive parts but used proven quality parts which shows his experience. He detailed a very fair quote (which was adhered to) and provided an excellent breakdown of costs. He kept me up to date with progression and was professional to a fault! I will ONLY be using this guy on my motors moving forward and cannot recommend him highly enough!!!!!

I had my vehicle booked in for a some repairs and servicing. They managed to do the service which i am was happy about. I had to re-book my vehicle in for another day to get a repair done on my boot lock, have the front two tyres, brake pads and discs changing. After two days i called up to see why it was taking this long? I was told the electrical modular is gone and its been ordered online. After one week of leaving my vehicle at the garage i was told by the young mechanic nothing had been done except they ripped open all the side plastic boards inside the vehicle with the wires exposed. At the that point i could not wait any longer so i asked whether i can collect the vehicle and rebook it back in when the part comes in stock, the owner agreed and told me he will get it ready for collection. I waited and waited, one day before the school holidays due to start I contacted the garage and was told its ready to be collected by the young mechanic, i went and collected it. Absolutely nothing had been done after keeping my vehicle for over 1 week!! At least you could have done the pads and tyres! Also when they said it was ready, how was it ready with all the plastic covers inside the vehicle was snapped out of its place with all the electrical wires exposed? I told the young guy who works there as the mechanic but he told me the main guy is going holiday first day of the school closure!! What! What about me? Im your customer! Complete the job and go! I have kids! I got holiday booked also! I wont ditch my customers to skip off to holiday! I was soo disappointed with the professionalism they showed! Terrible garage and i wont go back there or recommend to anyone. I took it to another garage afterwards and they sorted the next day!! Avoid prestige car repair, incompetent owner and mechanic who will make things much worse and charge you for something thats not really the problem.

Took my car in on Friday to get my headlight re-wired in. Got my car back within a few hours and was really happy with the job. Customer service was amazing, and the price I paid was great and affordable. Definitely going back in the future.

Found this garage online as my speedometer had stopped working and I needed an auto electrical garage (my normal guy doesn't do this stuff). From the first phone call the service was excellent 10/10! Paul was really friendly and helpful, and turned the vehicle round same day fixing the damaged wiring to the speed sensor and not doing anything unnecessary. I highly recommend and will use again myself!
