Having decided to explore the idea of getting solar panels installed at my home I emailed an enquiry. Within a day I received a phone call to discuss my requirements. Within 3 days I received a detailed breakdown of how my panels would look and their potential productivity and pay back time. Tom talked all the information through with me and amended the quote accordingly. Once I decided to go ahead I was given an instillation date about 3 weeks ahead. Tom kept me updated. On the day the scaffolder arrived on time, followed by the panel installers. Within 3 days job done, scaffolding down, house left clean and tidy. Handover meeting to explain the app and how to claim export tariffs. Fantastic company, highly recommended!!!

Excellent service. Tom gave good, clear advice, and fitting the smart equipment was carried out within a week from our meeting. The fitter (Richard) was professional, highly skilled, very tidy, helpful and friendly. Took the time to get the system set up on my phone. Recommend very highly.

Smart Homes Electrical responded within in hours to my initial inquiry, and proposed a bespoke solar PV system within a week. Tom answered all our questions regarding the capacity of the proposed system and helped us to understand exactly what we were buying. When it came the the installation, the team were very tidy and efficient. We would definitely recommend Smart Homes Electrical!
