What Are Your Opening Times?

Most of our branches are open Monday to Friday from 7.30am – 5.30pm and Saturday AM. Please contact your local branch for their times.  You can find your nearest TNR branch here.

How Do I Open An Account With You?

To become a Trade Member and get exclusive discounts you will need to complete a credit application form. You can pick one up from your local branch or you can download or request one from here.

Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?

Each of our branches has at least one delivery van. We will, by arrangement collect and deliver same day if an item is not locally available.

Orders can be delivered to you same day throughout the North West of England and North Wales. We can also dispatch goods nationwide for next day delivery, whatever the product, wherever you want it.

Do You Offer A Call & Collect Service?

Yes. We offer a call (or email) and collect service. Just telephone or email your local branch and place your order, giving a time when you would like to collect.

You can pick up your order from the counter or we can bring it out to your vehicle.

Which Brands Do You Stock?

We stock over 20,000 individual stock lines from over 1,000 of the biggest brands. We know that our customers need the latest products and brands, so we make it our mission to update our product lines regularly, so we can offer exactly what you need. Give your local branch a call if you have a specific request.

Can You Advise On Energy Use And Lighting?

We’re proud of our reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to advise you on products and technical details. We can even help with free project design services such as: Energy Metering and Monitoring, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Schemes, Lamp and Lighting Designs.

Can I Order Online Through The Website?

Not yet. Work on a new TNR website is underway and we are hoping to have an e-commerce option. Keep checking our website and social media channels for updates!
