The job was done by Tony and a young woman apprentice - friendly and efficient on a job that turned out to be not as simple as it seemed initially.

Sue Mundy1 StarOrganising the electrical check and receiving the certificate worked well. However, when I emailed for the work to be done in relation to the findings of the electrical work, I was totally ignored. I have asked other electrical engineers to undertake the remedial work, but they suggest going back the company that wrote the report i.e. T Waller. And this has been unsuccessful. So now, I have to organise and pay for another company to repeat the electrical check, so that the remedial work can be done. I would not use this company as they only did half a jobMonday 15th March 2021
