Excellent service!!!! I had an electrical problem with my car and after calling out the AA who could not fix the issue a number of people recommended Tech Zedy. I was told 'If anyone can fix it Tech Zedy can' I also called a few other Auto Tech garages and I was told I could bring my car in but no promises that it would be fixed but they would still charge for checking! Well took the car to Zedy and he worked on it overnight, ran diagnostics and the car was working by 3pm the next day!!! Fantastic service, talented guy highly recommended. Thanks Tech 🙂

Absolutely superb service and company from Tech Zedy. Our Peugeot Partner had an electrical fault and this was diagnosed correctly and rectified within a matter of a few hours. These guys have a wealth of knowledge and technical experience when it comes to motors! Highly recommended 5 * service with another happy customer. Thank you!

My car broke down and wouldn’t start so Zedy found that the problem was that something which had been fitted wasn’t installed properly and was shortening out fuse to the steering column electronics. And the immobiliser key signal needed to go through that module. For that he charged me £150 which is their basic charge for non runners. Now my car is up and running Alhamdulillah. Thank you for the quick and good service, Zedy. However, what had exactly caused the problem wasn’t made clear to me and also my reverse camera is not working now for which he said I will have to install a separate fuse and test it.

First of all, I took my car to a few garages for a diagnostic check because I wasn’t prepared to pay Renault’s astronomical prices. None of the garages had the equipment or know how to diagnose the problem. Then Tech Zeddy was recommended to me. And thank goodness they were, the faults on my Renault Laguna were quickly and efficiently detected, and within two days the problem was sorted. I was kept in contact with the whole time throughout the works carried out, and pictures of the said works were also whatsapped to me. I’m completely happy and satisfied with the works carried out to my car! I would highly recommend Tech Zedy to anyone with a specialist problem that needs dealing with… Keep up the good work Tech Zedy!

Be careful people and do some research rather than relying on anyone and getting conned. I suggest one should avoid this place. You should never pay or engage any electrician for diagnostic test unless he can confirm that he has the right device to detect the issue without any further Tests or Stripping as most can be diagnosed without stripping. As they use such tactics to fleece more money and this individual is classical example. I took my car as I was only interested in diagnostic for an empty instrument cluster fuel gauge. I did check the sender unit myself with a multimeter for resistance and it was working fine. Furthermore it was confirmed by mechanic as well. I told him I want him to scan for the Wiring or Issues with the instrument cluster and he didn’t spent more than 5 minutes, charged £45 and wrote that it needs stripping and testing. I asked him if there was any issue with cluster gauge and he said he’s unable to confirm and it needs testing whereas most diagnostic devices can communicate with the instrument cluster and detect any fault in gauge. He wanted another £160 for stripping whereas there was no need for stripping in order to detect faulty gauge if he had the device. He said it might cost around £300 for the repairs. As he charged for the diagnostic test and failed to do what was genuinely expected of him Hence decided against it. So either he didn’t have the right diagnostic device or he deliberately made no attempt to test the gauge in order to fleece more. So paid £45 Honesty is the best policy and unfortunately you have not been honest in your response. you were consulted merely as you claimed you had the diagnostic device and not for the time. I didn’t need your time I wouldn’t be interested to know something which I already knew without any test. I knew there could be problem with either the wiring or the Cluster and not the sender unit. I paid you under the belief you had scanner that can communicate with the cluster as all other gauges were working except Fuel Gauge you wrote Stripping and testing whereas there was no need for stripping and testing. I did check your reviews before visiting and unfortunately they do not truly reflect your modus operandi. I hope this helps other in their engagements with people in this trade. Honesty merited full refund of the £45 and apology for the false statement which you never did whereas your professionalism is apparent from your inconsiderate view of the time and energy of your client while valuing yours as infallible Your Entire Explanation is full of contradictions. In one place you seem to blame the car being too old and use of a particular diagnostic device however you didn’t mention the device in the invoice and why other diagnostic device was able to communicate and detect no fault in cluster whereas your failed? You seem to give an impression that unfair practices of other garages are correct however that shows your mental aptitude You also stated that you do not issue paper invoice. You are denying the issuance of this invoice so what steps have you taken to bring it into the attention of relevant quarters or will you remain silent if you have reasons to believe that someone has attributed something to you which you never did, Also if you never issued this invoice why you have such an exhaustive completely irrelevant explanation to justify the observations/ notes on the invoice whereas As per your statement it has not been issued by you. If you accepted your actions were wrong and unconditionally agreed for the refund I would have appreciated but now it’s important to bring it to attention of any potential clients to be careful in their dealing with you. I have left it to the sound judgment of the readers as they will easily discern from this discussion your professionalism, honesty and integrity.
