Judith Stacey5 StarMatt was very efficient and helpful from the beginning, especially as Mercedes could not book my car in, to diagnose the initial fault, for 3 weeks.
Matt kept me informed regularly about the status on my car, which is something I am not used to. I am used to having to chase the repairer’s.

daryl scothern5 StarI have a issue with the transfer box on my Maserati Levante which Topcars diagnosed after initially being told by the dealer I bought the car from that it would be just be an oil change needed on the differential. Matt as tirelessly tried to help me get the issue sorted via my warranty company who have refused to approve the repair as the component hasn't completely failed. I couldn't have asked more and very grateful for the assistant Matt has given and I will certainly use Topcars again fur any work needed on any other cars I buy in future. Matt Rodger5 StarHad a fault on my McLaren which no other garages could diagnose appart form dealer for substantial price. Topcars found the fault and managed to calibrate the car and now fault is gone for far lower cost!
