Asked to cancel my course on the 4th April, only received a reply back on the 9th April saying they had cancelled the course and it could take up to 28 days but hopefully sooner. 28 Days later no refund rang up to ask why and they said it was being completed and might take 3-5 working days for my bank to process it. 5 working days later no refund. contacted them last Friday and was told they would look into it and I would receive a reply by Monday the latest and now they are closed and no reply. Going to have to contact my bank to hopefully get a chargeback as I am getting nowhere. May have good training but customer service is shocking especially when they charge £150 admin fee for cancelling. .

Excellently trained instructors, very knowledgeable and have a good sense of humour. Learned loads of useful information over short period of time. Administrative staff are very cordial and helpful as well.

Just about to complete the City and Guilds 2365 course with Trade Skills 4U. Overall I have really enjoyed the course, the course is a good mix of practical hands on installations, testing and inspecting as well as the theory. There is a lot to learn but I felt that the pace was about right, the tutors are very helpful.
