Daniel and his team really went the extra mile for us; since we could not get to our new (just-purchased) house on the day they were available to carry out the works, Daniel arranged for one of his engineers to come and collect the keys from our current/old flat (40 mins drive from the property) on the morning and completed the work the same day.
